Obtain a Resale Package
If you are selling your home, you must obtain a resale package to provide to the new owner. This is required by law. All requests related to a resale or refinance can be addressed to Larry Gilbert at Sequoia Management.
Board Meeting Minutes
If you would like to read the minutes of any of the monthly Board meetings, please email Sequoia Management they will provide you with a copy. These minutes are available only to homeowners, so please include your name and street address with your request.
Trash and Recycling Updates
Per our community's guidelines, trash should not be placed out no earlier than 6PM the day before. All trash receptacles need to be removed by the end of the day.
Trash pick-up: Tuesday and Friday
Recyclables pick-up: Wednesday
Community Pool Membership
The pool at Fair Oaks is a separate association, FORA, Fair Oaks Recreation Association, however it is open for our community to apply for membership. Membership and contact information is on their website: http://www.fairoaksrec.com.

Trash Violation?
If you see a trash violation, please email our service management company. Please provide as much information as possible: either an address or a section of addresses (e.g., 13150-13158).
Towed?
If you or a visitor has been towed, contact Battlefield Towing at 703-378-0059. Battlefield will also provide services to residents (on Fair Woods property only), including jump-starts, tire changes, and unlocking doors.
